The Company was formed as a result of the merger of REMANAGE, Inc. and AXEO Corporation in April 2000. Prior to the merger, AXEO had developed custom Real Estate management software for nearly ten years, and was the first company to ship a Windows-based property management system in Microsoft Access. At the time of the merger, REMANAGE also successfully closed a round of funding led by Goff-Moore Strategic Partners.
