Allow us to take you on a small ride into university life. 90% of students come from out of town and always face the challenge of where to stay for the semester. No doubt there must be only a limited number of tenants that can be allowed to stay around and near campus at any go, but it is the search and security that is number one challenge for the average student. One year you live here the next you are furthest from campus than preferred and after that you are squashed way beyond the capacity of the house in question. While we do not vow to build more houses next to universities, free up already existing infrastructure or work magic from the tips of our fingers, we do hope to allow landlords to advertise here. From that free cottage or room to that vacant house around campus, near CBD, or more than a stone’s throw away we hope to take the first step in making student life a better one henceforth…students want to secure accommodation a little earlier and city or 2 away from their schooling town, room8 will provide a central platform for landlords and student tenants to seal that deal.
