About Rownd Precision
Rownd Precision is a startup that develops desktop CNC machines. The unique aspect of our machines is their ease of use, allowing anyone to operate them without specialized expertise. We take production machines, typically used by professionals in industrial settings, and make them accessible and usable for everyone. We started our operations in 2021. In 2023, we launched our first model, the Rownd Lathe, and through our Kickstarter campaign, we received 123 orders and raised $600,000. Shortly after, we commercialized our product and adopted our current structure. We participated in CES 2024, showcasing our product to a wider audience. Last February, to accelerate our production and R&D activities, we moved to a new facility. We acquired a 3-axis CNC milling machine and began mass production. By the end of this year, we will finalize our second product, the Rownd Mill, and present it at CES 2025. We aim to release at least one new model each year to quickly dominate the market.
