About Schemagi AB
Schemagi AB offers scheduling services, especially for care and care. We are business consultants who, with sharp analyzes and simulations in our proprietary optimization tools, can provide decision-making in strategic issues around staffing and planning. We often act as strategic and supportive partners to assist businesses and managers to streamline the management of both crew and schedules. The roots of Schemagi are within optimization studies at the Department of Mathematics at Linköping University. Research led to the development of several unique scheduling and scheduling tools. In order to also offer a broader overall perspective, Schemagi, as a natural step in development, has collaborated with the Management Company. Based on customer needs, it is possible to offer business development in production, resource planning and related areas. In 2016 Schemagi joined forces with the Management Company, which specializes in delivering consultancy support to healthcare. Since its inception in 1998, the Management Company has worked for 23 of 24 county councils and for many private healthcare providers. The merger was made in order to offer production and capacity planning services that go all the way from political order to completed schedule. Together we have got a holistic perspective, based on the mission, planning, managing and following up the business. Today we have a number of permanent consultants but we also work with a large network to enable us to staff all incoming assignments with the right mix of skills.
