The two engineers who founded the company, Morris Holowachuk and Fredrick Kelly were responsible for developing and patenting a unique manufacturing technology, electrodeposition. Their vision and creativity brought to reality electrodeposited components that began as small, precision metal bellows as the core product offering and expanded to include electrodeposited flexible shaft couplings, gold plated electrical contacts, rigid electroforms and sub assemblies.
