About SourceSage
After observing his father's B2B outsourcing business for over 20 years, Sim Jian Min, a former machine learning researcher with a Masters in Engineering from Oxford University, realised there were tremendous inefficiencies in the way the industry operated. With the ambition of shaking up this industry, Jian Min decided to partner his father to start SourceSage. Long tail spend has been an ignored area for a long time. Until recently, many companies thought it was pointless to extract savings from low-volume purchases in tail-spend under the Procurement function. Powered by Big Data analytics the startup makes buying hassle-free for employees with their proprietary marketplace aggregator. With a global network of teams and offices across 10 countries in APAC, SourceSage aims to be the largest B2B managed marketplace for companies looking to streamline long tail spend for their offices in Asia. Our clients include DHL, Certis, C&W, Mitsui, Anphat and many others. Headquartered in Singapore since 2015, SourceSage has a global network of entities and local teams across Malaysia, Vietnam, India, Thailand, Indonesia, China, Australia and Japan.
