Sprint Fund is a specialized 5-year investment vehicle with an up to $2 million assets under management, that will be financing startups by providing marketing budget for the crowdfunding campaigns. Sprint Fund believes that its strategy, which is aimed to create a trilateral relationship between the Fund, the Startup and the World Class Crowdfunding Agencies will enable entrepreneurs to succeed by hitting the highest possible goals in crowdfunding, and, from another hand, to become an attractive and low risk investment opportunity for the investors seeking diversification in their portfolios. The product range offered by Sprint Fund will consist of Campaign Funding, Equity Funding and the mix of both. In particular, the portfolio startups will be provided with an up to $100k budget to be spent for the marketing purposes of their campaigns through the crowdfunding agencies, and in return the startups will pay back the budget and an interest upon the end of the campaign. The interest rate will be dependent on the stage of the campaign (whether already launched or not yet) and will take the form of cash (for Campaign Funding), equity (for Equity funding) and both (for the mixed product). Sprint Fund will offer a participation for investors through three classes. The investors investing $250k+ will be considered as A class investors and will be eligible for annual dividend payout and a seat in the Investment Committee for decision making on the major deals ($100k+ deals). The second, B class, will be eligible for annual dividend payout upon the Year 3 close and will involve participants investing within the range of $100k-$250k. The participants investing in the $10k-100k array will be considered as class C investors and will be eligible for the dividends upon the end of the fund- 5-year term. The dividends not paid out will be reinvested into the particular investors’ accounts.
