Site owners can continue using their WordPress like they always have – marketing people can still add content, owners can still add plugins, and so on. Then, site owners can deploy their site with one click of a button and changes get deployed as a static site with HTML, CSS, and Javascript, essentially the front-end of the site without the underlying vulnerabilities.
