Surge Group was founded by Paul Careless in January 2015, a start-up with zero debt or venture capital. The group continues to grow at an astonishing pace, generating £50m in annual revenues and over £15m EBITDA. We only hire the very best people and as such our success is a reflection of 120 full time employees constant ambition to strive for excellence. Our amazing offices are located in the centre of Brighton providing free breakfasts, our own in-house coffee Barista, weekly massages and haircuts.
