Sweetheart Kitchen is a private label multi-brand virtual kitchen that creates (and owns) all of the brands within its portfolio (bySWHK). They do not work with third-party restaurants looking to outsource their delivery volume and maintain strict control over their food quality, financials, and customer experience. Sweetheart Kitchen was designed to eliminate the various bottlenecks (capacity constraints) in the food delivery Supply Chain by integrating tech, cuisines, and processes into a system built to handle the rigors of food delivery. It focuses on the reduction of process lead time and variation in an effort to not only produce high-quality cuisine with great variety but to give the consumer (and delivery apps) the ability to reduce estimated delivery times and optimize logistics (reduce cost). Market level Supply Chain optimization and profitability on a “per order” basis (taking into account the costs of logistics) should be the ultimate goal of any virtual kitchen, and to achieve this, Sweetheart Kitchen has introduced a LEAN (Six Sigma) mindset and focus on process efficiency, not only demand aggregation (revenue). It uses advanced cooking techniques, and technology backed manufacturing processes, Sweetheart Kitchen produces its own consistently high-quality, fresh, and delicious food delivered to its customers in a matter of minutes. The company was founded in 2019 and is headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
