We acquire properties for a fix and flip at very aggressive numbers and then we also acquire properties for a buy and hold. We are very successful at what we do with over 15 years of Construction, Real Estate Sales, and Property Development experience. We typically move 5-10 properties per month with our fix and flip program and acquire 2-5 per month into our rental portfolio.
