It allows teachers to create a digital portfolio that gives schools a detailed overview of their skills and through the use of media- provides further insights into a teachers personality, so a better fit can be achieved. Currently, 15% of teachers leave their teaching post within their first year. As a result of this 25% of schools use costly recruitment agencies, 20% of vacancies remain unfilled and schools spend £200 million per annum on teacher recruitment. The company aims to reduce this figure significantly and provide a superior recruitment service for the 32,000 schools within the UK.
