TelOptica incorporated in Texas , received initial funding and support from the Startech business incubator of Richardson, Texas, and closed on its second round of funding from Trellis Partners, Austin Ventures, Centerpoint Ventures, SSM Ventures of Austin, and SG Cowen in June 2001.
