Tera Monada is a Ukrainian social startup founded in 2022 with its core mission to build quality housing for Ukrainian people who lost their home in the war. Tera Monada manufactures and distributes ready-to-move-in modular homes can be installed in 5 hours, internal assembly and decoration - up to 2 days, which is needed critically by families with no ability to find new housing in a short timeframe. It is a true turnkey solution to the current immediate need. The modular homes are suitable for a year around use and come with a 10-year warranty and each unit includes connectivity to city utilities and comes completely furnished. Our mission is to return Ukrainian families back to their hometowns and provide them with quality and safe living conditions.
