TONNELLERIE SAURY The great tradition of cooperage. Based on the traditions and know-how of the cooper artisans since 1873, the Saury cooperage joined the Charlois group in 2009 and is now one of France's most renowned cooperage cooperatives. Present in more than 40 countries, Saury cooperage meets strict control criteria in order to guarantee constant quality and know-how. Thanks to a 100% autonomous supply of French oaks and a fully integrated manufacturing, it has a complete mastery of the raw material for its production. Each of its barrels and vats is subject to rigorous quality control at all stages of production. In partnership with the Exact laboratory, it has developed an analysis protocol to eliminate any possibility of contaminants for each product.
