Transcend was the first company to create a travel CPAP with lightweight portable batteries and power attachments, such as a solar battery charger. In addition, the company was the first and only CPAP to use patented Capillary Force VaporizerTM (CFV) technology to offer heated humidification in one of the smallest heated humidifiers for CPAP and to build a system that could be powered by a portable battery.
