It achieves this by providing an omnichannel gateway (a single technological connection) that offers different signature alternatives with varying levels of guarantees: Advanced Digital Signatures: Certified and regulated in different countries in Latin America and the Caribbean (equivalent to a notarized signature). Simple Signatures: With fewer legal guarantees but greater ease of use and technical security. On the gateway platform, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool is available that focuses on maximizing the user experience by facilitating the creation and validation of digital signatures on digital documents, as well as contract lifecycle management. The solution enables organizations to adopt the use of different types of digital signatures (more than 15 alternatives, in 7 markets), with varying levels of legal guarantees and different user experiences, in an agile manner. This allows all digital signature alternatives to be used according to the convenience of each case from a single software platform, and commercially contracted with a single provider.
