VirtualTown is a platform for immersive and social content management for enteprise events, shopping, entertainment and training experiences. We reduce 3D world design and setup time from months to minutes. Since 2011, we have delivered over 250 projects for clients such as Coca-Cola, YouTube, Adidas, NBA, and Samsung. We've received +2M visitors and +1 million registered users. We were considered leaders in Digital Reality in Brazil, by ISG-ONE (Nasdaq: III). Using VirtualTown online dashboard, you can create and manage 3D and 360 worlds without any need for programming or design knowledge. Our 3D worlds can be accessed directly through browsers, without the need to download apps. They are compatible with smartphones, computers, tablets and VR Headsets. Your client or employee enters the 3D world and create an avatar with their own face, using a selfie. They can choose custom clothes and even wheelchairs and prosthetics. Virtual Town is used for VIRTUAL EVENTS AND CONFERENCES, with auditoriums, exhibitor areas, and networking. We offer over 150 types of customizable 3D rooms with videos, images, and links to content. In the 3D rooms, users can walk, run, dance, sit, take photos, and chat via text, audio, and video. You can monetize your world by selling tickets, virtual coins, and monthly subscription plans. You can also run ads, rent buildings, stores, and stands to sponsors. Virtual Town is also used for EMPLOYEE TRAINING & ONBOARDING, where you have access to gamification tools such as rankings, points, badges, missions, and mini-games. Administrators have tools for webinar broadcasts, notifications, and group teleportation. Virtual assistants Chat-GPT can be trained through the online dashboard to perform any function, from virtual mentors to simulating other employees. Conversations are recorded and transcribed in real time so that the manager can access the history of each user. Virtual Town can be used for INTERNAL MEETINGS AND B2B SALES, where users share the screen with presentations. They can include catalogs, 3D product showrooms, and commercial negotiation rooms. They also have a whiteboard, closed caption, simultaneous translation, and generation of executive summaries. Virtual Town allows the creation of 3D and 360 stores with ECOMMERCE, making sales of products via credit card or blockchain through integrations such as VTEX, Magento, Oracle Cloud, PagSeguro, and PayPal. You can use Virtual Town for PUBLIC SERVICE AND BANKING SERVICES, with managers serving customers directly in digital twins of offices or banking agencies. Virtual Town operates on a SAAS model, with fees according to the number of monthly visitors. We also provide technical support services for the design, setup, and customization of our platform.
