Our company is an epi-house fab, possessing MOCVD epitaxial technologies and experience of international standard. They are committed to producing high quality III-V compound semiconductor Epi -wafers. They currently focus on 4 and 6 inch GaAs based VCSEL epi-wafers for 3D and data communication applications.
